Holidays and celebrations
Throughout the year, festive moments are experienced that involve families, friends, volunteers and staff of the House.
We celebrate together not only the liturgical season and the anniversaries of the Guanellian Family, but also the holidays of the year such as Christmas, Carnival and Summer, with the joy of the community passages that mark the life of the House.
Celebrating the holiday is a spiritual, relational, and educational experience: a time when we recognize ourselves as part of the same family and when what arises in everyday life becomes shared and joyful gratitude.
Summer stays
Summer vacations represent a growth experience outside the home, where you can experience environments, contexts, and relationships different from everyday life.
Through stays at the seaside, in the mountains or in other Italian locations, we promote personal well-being, socialization and independence in everyday activities.
And what we learn together during the year finds in these experiences new spaces to open up, mature, and live with greater confidence.
Cultural and social events
Events become precious opportunities for expression, communication, and social gatherings. Initiatives held at external facilities and venues allow Casa members to share their stories, showcase their work, share emotions, and actively participate in the city's cultural life.
Theatrical performances or fashion shows, as well as participation in theater or film festivals, are public experiences that showcase gestures, relationships, and creativity. They offer a space where the House meets the community and recognizes the dignity and beauty of each person. They are opportunities to become protagonists in the social fabric , experience the pleasure of visibility, listening, and recognition, and contribute in a lively and original way to cultural life.
Trips and activities
Day trips , organized for recreational purposes or as part of micro-projects, offer the opportunity to escape the daily grind, discover new places, and have meaningful experiences.
Participating in city-wide initiatives, like Tutti Taxi per Amore, allows you to enter the heart of the city and open yourself to new, welcoming, and concrete relationships.
Thanks to collaboration with associations, local organizations, and volunteers, these experiences foster a culture of inclusion that translates into real, shared experiences, actively inhabiting the city and encountering others as an opportunity for openness and reciprocity.
